I was born and raised in Kelso, WA. I have three older brothers and one older sister. During my adolescent years I played football and ran track. I graduated from Kelso High school in 2008.
After graduation I joined the Marine Corps infantry and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. While living there I married my high school sweetheart in July of 2009. In January 2010 I went on my first deployment. My unit and I were assigned to a Marine Expeditionary Force and attached to a Navy Strike Group. We went to Haiti to provide Humanitarian aid after they were hit by earthquakes. Then we went to Spain, Djibouti, Dubai, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Greece, and Croatia, finally heading home in August of 2010. While on my deployment My daughter was born in May 2010. In May 2011 my unit and I deployed again, this time to Helmand Province, Afghanistan. We spent 7 months there and came home Christmas Day 2011.
August 2013 I was Honorably discharged from the Marine Corps and my family and I moved to Springfield, OR. September 2013 I Staring taking classes at Lane Community College, working towards my Bachelors degree in business with a concentration in finance. In July 2014 my Son was born. January 2015 I transferred to UO and was accepted into the business school where I am currently planning on graduating summer of 2016.
My hobbies include hunting, fishing, SCUBA diving, and backpacking.

My family and I went to Hawaii to attend my brothers wedding. The week we were there was mostly spent SCUBA diving. Below is a picture of me diving.

While I was in the Marine Corps my unit and I went to fleet week in NYC. While we were there we got to go many places including a Mets game. The picture below is a photo of my friends and I with some Mets players.
June 2013 • Travel
Once I was discharged from the Marine Corps my family and I moved back to the Pacific Northwest. It took us five days to drive from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean. Below is us crossing the Mississippi River from Tennessee to Arkansas.
